On May 7, 2007 I had a listing appointment.    I was competing with a new agent from another company.  I knew I had great results selling my listings, but today I realized that sellers needed documentation of my capabilities.  I got on my computer, went to the MLS for that documentation, obtained my listing history. 

 Documentation showed that my last 65 home listings had sold with "31 Average Days on the Market".  Six Listings which had been listed at the dirt stage were the only homes not included in this computation.   I was amazed and so were the sellers..who hired me immediately.  My numbers were better than I thought!   My masters degree in Marketing is helping me help others!
